5. Exchanges & Address Changes

  • Exchanges: We accept exchanges. Contact support before our daily cut-off time of 08:00 PM (ET) to request a change.
  • Address Changes: If you need to update your delivery address, email us immediately. Changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has been processed.

Our registered business address in Ottawa is not a return address. Returns sent without prior approval or to the administrative office will not be processed. All returns must be approved by our support team to receive the correct return facility address.
