No, we currently focus exclusively on the Canadian market to ensure reliable and efficient service.

Where are the products shipped from?
All Luvessa Boutique products are shipped from our main warehouse, ensuring domestic delivery speeds for our customers.

How long does delivery take?

  • Processing Time: 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday).
  • Estimated Delivery: 7–10 business days.

Note: During peak seasons or promotions, processing may take slightly longer.

 

What if I do not receive my order?
If your order has not arrived within 35 days of the shipment date, you may be eligible for a full refund or a replacement. Please contact us at info@luvessaboutique.com for assistance.

3. Orders & Payments

Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept the following secure payment methods: VISA, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal. All transactions are encrypted for your security.

Can I modify or cancel my order?
To ensure fast processing, changes or cancellations must be requested within 12 hours of placing your order. Once an order is being processed or has shipped, modifications are no longer possible.

To initiate a return, email us at info@luvessaboutique.com. Important: All returns must be approved before shipping. Do not send items to our administrative office address as they will not be processed there.

What if my item is defective, incorrect, or damaged?

When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Credit and debit card refunds typically take 7 business days to appear in your account after we receive the return or approve the cancellation.
